SUMMER DAYS

I have really been enjoying the amazing weather lately. There's so much inspiration to find. I have also been eating pretty healthy and gotten a lot of stuff done, currently spring cleaning our apartment. I have bought a beautiful pair of ankh earrings, I've always thought it was a powerful symbol standing for eternal life and all that. Oh and I finally changed my tumblr sidebar after a year it actually felt really good! Still the old sidebar on the picture above though.

Saint Germain overload.

 A follower on tumblr wrote me and told me that a new lipglass + nail polish from MAC is coming out and thank you so much for that. If you have read my blogs or watched my videos for a long time you probably have noticed my obsession with the original Saint Germain lipstick. I literally wear it everyday and to me it's the perfect shade of pink. I am really excited, but I heard that the two new items will only come out in North America. I will try to get my hands on them and do a review as soon as possible though. Hooray.

EARRING HEAVEN / CHEAP SALE

This sweet girl I know contacted me and told me that she had a huge earring sale going on so of course I had to check it out, and as a big earring horder I ended up buying 9 pairs - I know, please don't judge - but of course I needed to share this with all of my beautiful readers as well. How often do you see this many amazing 80's earrings in one place?

UNIF HELLRAISERS

I am so happy they are finally here. They really are the most beautiful pair of loafers I have ever seen and also very comfortable. I definitely think I will order UNIF again.

BIRTHDAY GIRL

Last night one of my good friends turned 20 so I went to a little get together and ended up getting pretty drunk. I've had a very dramatic weekend so I felt like getting a little tipsy would be in place. I went for a 60's cavewoman look, had my hair filled with bakingsoda and hairspray and walked around outside in my oversized faux fur coat looking like I just killed and skinned a bear. It was a good night. Now, video games and pampering my hangovers.

NEW SUNNIES

Finally found a nice pair of Mickey Mouse sunglasses that also look great when they are flapped down and are completely round. I wore them out today and got endless amounts of stares and compliments, so I think these will be my new summer glasses.

GOING THROUGH MY WARDROBE IS LIKE GOING SHOPPING

Every now and then I go a little crazy and empty my wardrobe on the floor to see if I find anything I like. I have so much clothes that it's hard to keep track of everything and since I only have one single dresser it's filled to the max. As you probably know more new clothes are getting added every week. so today I decided to pack some of the clothes I don't really wear away so there will be room for more new.

I packed away lots of white shirts with laces, stripes or oversized, a neon green shirt with green fur collar, long dresses, rhinestone and sequin tops and all of my winter hoodies. Now I can actually put outfits together without being messy. Hurray.

INSTA GLAM

Okay I am obsessed with Instagram. I love how easy it is to quickly take pretty photos and keep them as a diary. The only bad thing about it is that everyone who don't have an iPhone will be able to see them. So I am posting some of the pictures here. I dyed my hair last night and decided to wear my bat dress from Asos today along with my turban og black tights. Later on I decided to change into my favorite sweater though.. I have been very tired today.

STUDS

Today I got another small package in the mail. My new studded iPhone case that I bought on etsy a few weeks back. I was actually starting to worry if I had been hustled and it wouldn't come but today it did. It looks great and the quality feels really nice as well, it went on the phone with no problem so I'm very pleased with it. It costed $22 and took a few weeks to arrive.

RED LIPS

I went for my everyday makeup anno 2008 today and was kinda hoping that my UNIF Hellraisers would be ready to picked up, but no. The danish customs are holding them back yet again. Hopefully they will be here tomorrow and I will be ready for spring.

MOSCHINO

A week or two ago I went out shopping with a friend of mine and right before going out of a second hand shop we decided to check out the jewelry. I found this little minibelt with Moschino letters on and immediately asked to see it. I payed $1 for it. What a bargain. I actually have no idea what the normal price is, but after seing it in outfit posts the last few years and really liking it I'm glad I randomly found it. Also the flower blazer is new, I bought it today for $7 in a second hand shop.

Let the light in.

I've been feeling very crafty lately and I've been meaning to paint our bathroom window for a while so I went down to my local artshop today and grabbed a white spraypaint. I'm very happy with it, the whole bathroom looks a lot bigger and it's much lighter now. Hurray for being a handywoman and taking matters into your own hands.

Life oh life.

I have spent my weekend visiting family, crying my eyes out to Titanic, trainriding, lots of spring cleaning and when I got home today a package had arrived with my latest eBay buy. A porcelain vintage kitty vase. Now I will listen to some more music - mostly Phil Collins, Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix and a lot of other old goodies - and find more pictures on tumblr.

Only two more months til I fly to London and have an amazing summer with the rest of the Androgenetics ladies and all the new people I'm gonna meet.

This Or That Tag + New Hair video.

I decided to do my first tag video yesterday and it was kinda fun. I really love how my haircolor show up on video, which reminds me of how much I miss my camera. Actually I now know the exact problem to why it stopped working so hopefully I will be able to fix it myself.

I quit smoking!

Following my new years resolutions about getting healthy this year, I stopped smoking yesterday. I have been smoking since I was 13 so it's gonna be really tough but to treat myself a little I finally bought my UNIF Hellraiser loafers that I have been blogging about for months. I even ordered them to be here next week, but I need to spend my time on something productive. Now I will keep trying not to think of cigarettes. Wish me luck.

Flower prints for spring.

I've been pretty hooked on flower prints for the past couple of months and seing it becoming more and more trendy is just my luck since it makes it so much easier to get my hands on it. I just really like clothes with a 70's or 80's vibe so usually I would just go second hand shopping to find stuff like this. Massive, funky flower prints will be big this spring/summer so I wanted to make a few outfits showing you how I will style it - I definitely think it's a must for me to mix it with black, edgy items such as my spiked Jeffrey Campbell Lita's that hopefully will arrive in may, and in general keep it cool and dark. I do like pastels, flowers and girly stuff, but my love for black will never die.

Party weekend via my phone.

I guess the photos really speak for themselves but I felt like a photodiary of my weekend would be in place.

Friday I went out to get a beer with some girlfriends but ended up at two different bars drinking til late in the morning before I went home to sleep. I woke up with the worst hangovers knowing that I had to get ready to my boarding school reunion party - and that I would most likely get even more drunk this night. I decided to go with my 60's inspired dress, nude legs, black pumps and big curly hair. A pretty outfit, but still a little too cold if you live in Scandinavia. As always I had the best time catching up with everyone, and later that night my best friend Sebastian came to party with me. We slept at his place and went out to get some dinner on sunday afternoon (and smoothies and cucumbers and chocolatemilk and..) I did his makeup, we watched Charlie And The Chocolate Factory and only now, on monday, I am back to my normal self. I probably won't get drunk for a while now.
