LONDON CALLING

After a very hectic check in I safely arrived in London and have since spent my time taking a nap, going shoe shopping in Camden Market where I found this beautiful model - I couldn't decide on what color to wear so I got them both haha. They are a little small but I'm gonna wear one of them for the Combichrist concert tonight. I'm currently sitting at Michael James' place trying to get ready, but it's just waaaay too hot to look good today. London is beautiful though, can't wait to stay here for a week.

BUSY MONDAY

Oh this day has been so long I'm running on two hours of sleep the past two days so I'm probably gonna sleep on the train today. It's night but I don't even feel like I have time to go to bed before I have to get up. My roots are now freshly bleached and ready for London and there's only two days left. So excited.

Got my mermaid hair back yesterday the foxy locks extensions are so soft.

At the moment I'm cooking mexican lasagna, my diet is officially off.

I should stop looking through solestruck and nastygal. There's always amazing shoes that I can't stop dreaming about, these are my current favorites. If I should end up buying one of these pairs it would probably either be the multiglitter night walks or the platform ballerinas. So good.

THESE DAYS

I'm pretty much over being sick and slowly getting ready to go to London next week. It's actually a little stressful leaving home and my boyfriend alone, so much cleaning, tidying, laundry and packing to do. I've just received a lot of new summer clothes from asos today (haul will follow soon) and also my new extensions have arrived. This hair is a-ma-zing and I can't wait to get my roots bleached and then glue them in, it's gonna be super soft, long and beautiful again.

I'm currently rebuilding my iTunes library on this new computer and trying to eat healthier. I went for a run this monday and my legs are still in pain haha, I guess a little more running will be good.

SISTER JANE

I found this brand, Sister Jane, while shopping on asos and absolutely loved it. It has that minimalistic, no effort, a little gothic but still fashionable feel to it and I love seing that on more mainstream sites such as asos. I also really love the designs and the prices are pretty reasonable so if you are looking for cute everyday clothes with a twist of goth I definitely think you should check it out. I will for sure get my hands on some of this.

FLOWER CHILD

Yesterday I was dressed in a lacy white dress and a huge white lacy skirt, my flower headband from asos and an old purple pearl necklace from a toy store. I have no idea why I felt like dressing this colorful since I tend to stick to dark colors and mostly black. Oh well it was fun while it lasted, later I went to a concert with two of my girlfriends and had changed into a black minidress and dark eyemakeup. I've also added some orange, purple and hot pink streaks to my extensions, so I'm gonna use them as a rainbow set when my fabulous new ones arrive. MOVIE RECOMMENDATIONS

Cabaret -  True Romance - Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas - Amadeus - Pulp Fiction

I wanted to share a few of my favorite movies with you since I haven't blogged about movies for a long time. These are probably five of the movies I've watched most in my life and can watch over and over again, endless inspiration, absolute perfectness-ness. I'm in love with anything Quentin Tarantino the man is a genius and I have never watched anything like it. He is great at making up interesting characters that you can do nothing but love. A little madness is always great as well, so that's probably why Amadeus and Fear And Lothing In Las Vegas are so dear to me. And not to forget, Cabaret, my favorite of them all. I relate so much to the main character Sally Bowles played by the fabulous Liza Minnelli and whenever I feel like I need some inspiration fashion wise Cabaret always do the trick. It's just such an amazing story and it always makes me dream of living in another, more decadent time. So for those of you who are in need of a little entertainment this saturday night, I hope you enjoy!

TO DO LIST BEFORE LONDON

Okay so I'm going to London in 14 days and I just booked my tickets today.

I have a few things that I need to get done before leaving, since I want to look fabulous at all times. I really have no reason for dressing up where I live, no one care and no one dress up either so sometimes it's nice being around people who care just as much about their looks as I do - this is not to sound superficial, but getting inspired is easier around people who generally has a passion for the same thing as you do - so here is my small to do list.

GETTING FIT

This is a photo of me from 2009, as you can see I look pretty fit here and since my new years resolution this year is to go back to looking like this and being healthy, I'm going on a speed diet/detox starting monday. I will eat four times a day and my food will be fresh fruits and vegetables, one cup of soup or one cup of yoghurt (low fat/low calories) for each meal. I will do this and see if I can work out for 30 minutes everyday. When I come back from London I will continue eating healthy food and become a vegetarian as I had planned to do this year anyway. I am really using this London trip for lots of motivation haha.

NEW HAIR

I'm going back to this hairstyle, so I need to order new extensions. I think being happy with your hair and the way it looks is one of the most important thing stylewise. So I'm gonna order two new sets of extensions and dye them pastel pink. It's probably gonna be a little bit thicker and more fluffy this time though. Fluffy is good. 

Also I have a little shopping to do, I need a few new items that I'm gonna order as well. It might seem like a lot for you, but there is nothing I love more than traveling and experiencing new places. Especially when you feel like you look amazing, and since I don't travel all the time, I'm going to super enjoy myself! So excited!

Oh ps. I added some purple and orange streaks to my other set of extensions, and now look like my old Hawaii Barbie. It's amaaaazing.

HAIR OF FIRE

As I told you my best friend Sofie came by to get her hair done today. She had a dark green color before and wanted to go orange, but she couldn't get her color out and her hair was getting really trashy from bleaching. SO I bleached the dark parts of her hair, cut it so it would look healthy again, dyed it with four different colors and glued in some extensions that I also dyed. She ended up looking absolutely beautiful, and as a natural ginger, orange couldn't suit her more : D Here's a little before picture -

BACK IN MAKEUP

I decided to slap on some makeup for the first time in days to feel more human again. It worked, but I still feel a little gross. My hair also need a trim but I'm not sure what I wanna do with it yet, my bangs are annoying me so much, this length is the worst! Tomorrow my friend Sofie will come visit and I have to give her hair a huge makeover, since she messed up herself. I'm thinking about filming it and do a transformation video. 

RETURN OF THE PINK HAIR

I'm so sorry for not having updated for a while, I'm really sick at the moment and haven't even been feeling like putting on any makeup the last few days. I think my boyfriend have infected me with his cold or influenza and now I'm suffering big time, just cuddling on the couch watching bad movies. Ughh but I can't keep being a lazy person, so I decided to ignore my roots and dye my hair pink again, still waiting for my new extensions to arrive, but I'm already feeling much better. I will return with something interesting soon!

CHANEL BROWS

     As every other blogger and more too I have been in love with Chanel's new eyebrow trend. They are made from an anthracite grey sequin and pearl base and different shades of mineral stones and crystals are embroidered on it. They glue the eyebrows on to the models own eyebrows and it looks absolutely fabulous and insane. I'm going to visit my grandmother this weekend and I think I'm gonna try to DIY some Chanel eyebrows, I'm always doing something creative when I visit her, like last where I made my Jeremy Scott inspired bone hairclip. I don't think it will be too hard to re-create at all.

BIRTHDAY PARTY

I went to my aunt's 50th birthday yesterday with my grandmother. When we arrived at the party balloons were lying around all over the place because my cousin and her husband had spent the night blowing up over 500 balloons to surprise my aunt. It was beautiful. We ate yummi arabic food and I drank lots of beer and had a pretty nice night. Conservative people aren't really my favorite to be around but I managed to survive for a day. It was pretty cold in Denmark though, so even though we're in june I was wearing a tight black dress, my huge faux fur coat and my UNIF hellraiser's.

WILDFOX CRUSH

I have been buying a few items for my London trip this month to make sure I will look amazing when I leave. I really want something comfortable to wear when I go around London shopping and looking at everything and I found this gorgeous Wildfox shirt. It's all I really want for this summer. Big, oversized and black. I will wear it with nude legs, my spiked lita boots and huge sunglasses. 

CURRENT FASHION LUST

I love doing current mood outfits. If only I could afford Ashish. 

SUSHI SUSHI

I went to a nightclub to say hi to a friend last night and ended up actually having a really good night. Today I was a little hungover though, so I decided to just order in and watch movies and pamper myself. I ordered from Bar'sushi and it was pretty delicious, the only thing I don't recommend are their spicysauce, it was thick and tasted like some kind of fat american dressing. Tomorrow I will do laundry and clean our apartment and spend my sunday on something productive. Hope you had a great friday night!

DEANDRI

Deandri is an LA based shoe, accessories, clothes and jewelry designer label that I have been in love with for a while. I believe it's a relatively new brand, since they are not available many places yet. I'm especially loving these two pairs of shoes and the cute shoe accessories. There is something clean and oldscool about these designs and I love the use of tree. It reminds me a little of a lovechild between Jeffrey Campbell and UNIF Clothing but in a good way.

CIRCLE LENSES

I am in love. I have never looked this weird with so little effort. These are perfect. They are purple circle lenses from pinkyparadise.com and they are amaaaaazing. After wearing them for 8 hours my eyes were a little sore though, I'm not sure if it's because I'm not used to wearing contacts or because they are so big, but they are definitely not uncomfortable as some people say. Now I will listen to some more Diamanda Galas and then go to a small concert at Pitstop. Hope you are having a wonderful friday darlings!
